Every day feels like a constant fight. It drives you crazy because it seems like you can’t agree on anything. You feel like you’re disrespecting each other, but you're not even sure why. When you and your partner talk, it often feels like they interrupt you all the time. Ugh. You just want to share your thoughts, but it’s hard to get a word in. And they probably feel the same way!
You're unsure if you still love her, or if she still loves you. Do you hate each other? It’s hard to tell. It’s really upsetting to feel this way.
I help couples learn how to listen to each other better. I understand how quickly tempers can flare, so I teach couples ways to show more respect and understanding. We start small, like waiting for your turn to talk and really trying to see things from the other person’s point of view. Overall, the goal is to come together, work as a team, and rebuild the love they once had.
