Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is deeply important to me, and I want you to feel safe, supported, and respected from the moment you reach out. Any information you share—whether through the website, a contact form, email, or in session—is handled with care and kept confidential. I do not share your personal information with anyone unless you give explicit permission or I am legally required to do so (such as concerns about serious harm or safety).
In order to provide high-quality care, I may consult with my clinical supervisor or professional colleagues. These consultations are a normal and important part of ethical therapy practice. When I consult, I only discuss the clinical situation—not your name or any identifying details—so your identity always remains protected.
I also take steps to protect the information you submit through this website. Contact forms, session information, and communication are only used for scheduling, responding to your inquiries, or supporting your care. I do not use this information for marketing or share it with outside companies. While email and online forms are convenient, they are not always fully secure or appropriate for urgent or sensitive concerns, so I encourage using them only for basic communication.
If you ever have questions about how your information is used, how it’s protected, or what confidentiality means in therapy, please feel free to ask. I’m always happy to walk through it together so you can feel fully informed and comfortable.
