I understand what it’s like to be a teenager facing tough emotions. I want to help you discover your true self, be honest without fear of judgment, and learn to rely on yourself. Together, we can build confidence, set goals, and develop ways to handle challenges peacefully.
If you feel overwhelmed with homework, social struggles, or exhaustion, I’m here to guide you. Maybe when you get home from school, you try to do your homework but end up just lying on your bed, watching TikTok, and thinking, “What’s the point?” Maybe you haven’t made any friends yet, and you’re worried that the way people look at you means you’re “being weird.” You feel exhausted every day, and sleep doesn’t seem to help.
Maybe you're a parent who is concerned about your teenager. They might be having a hard time finishing their schoolwork, making friends, behaving differently, or feeling sad and alone. I'm here to support them, and I also offer some parent meetings now and then to see how things are going.
